With so much uncertainty these days, one thing we can count on is getting older. We need something to cheer about and we have a great opportunity today as ERS celebrates 18 years serving retailers, manufacturers, distributors and brands. After some short research (thank you Google) I learned the traditional gift for an 18th anniversary is porcelain. Not only is porcelain refined, it is also durable and long-lasting- a fitting description for ERS.
We’ve survived recessions, retailer bankruptcies, new competitors, skyrocketing NYC costs and now a pandemic. Many companies can’t say that. The formula for ERS is simple- we have the best people in the business. Our team is everything- the relationships, the expertise, stamina and willingness to try new things. They take the heat and give the heat (mainly to me). First and foremost I want to thank them all- including our overseas team and partners who give their best every day. I would also like to thank our clients- many of whom have been with us for well over a decade. It is through your feedback that we continue to improve what we do, innovate with new products and build stronger relationships.
We recently launched several new services and features including:
· Virtual office hours– just pop in at the designated time each week and ask questions to our team of experts- open to the public.
· A price elasticity function in Item Planner that helps you understand the relationship between promotional pricing and sales.
· An ecommerce performance report for drop ship suppliers that recommends when and how much to buy of strong performers and how deep to markdown poor performers.
· A dashboard and other resources that help track and manage your inventory as stores reopen due to the virus.
There’s a lot more exciting news coming soon. For companies that have followed us throughout the years but haven’t taken advantage of our expertise- there has never been a better time. In celebration of our anniversary we are offering more free trials and discounted subscriptions. Contact us today to learn more.
These are perilous times and business is harder than ever, but there is still a lot to be thankful for. Thank you once again. Stay strong and safe!
